Hi
I landed in Montreal on 14 March 18 and ask for photos resubmission in 4 may 18 but on 7 June 2018 they ask for photos again I send it on 12 June.

Today I call ircc again they said they send a letter to submit the photos again . But the ircc call center representative said I don’t have to submit the photos now he is going to send the mail at pr processing center on my behaf that use the same photos you already have and genrate the card . He said if they need anything they will contact you
I don’t know now what they do and how much they take ?

Hi
We as a family Me my husband and my 9year old son landed in Canada on 20th June2018. Today i.e. 13th August we (my husband and I )received an email regarding the photo mismatch and to re submit it within 30 days.

But did not receive any mail regarding my sons application or photo mismatch.
What should be done. Should we anyways resubmit my sons photograph with a covering letter or there is no need to do that.
