Indian Master of Science - Credential Evaluation

Hi,
Can somebody please answer this question, It will be much appreciated:
I have done my Master of Science (Msc 2 Years) after my Batchelor of science (Bsc 3 Years) in India from a NAAC A grade university and i am aspiring for canada PR.
I checked on WES website that,
Indian Bsc = 4 year Bachelor degree in canada Indian Msc = 4 year Bachelor degree in canada
When i checked the CRS tool for my eligibility for Express Entry canada:
It showed 2options related to my profile:
A. Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute) B. "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years"
Can anybody tell me which category i fall into ? A or B?
I read some where that IRCC only recognizes the highest degree. if that is the case, I am worried that i fall under "A", which cuts my points heavily for the Express Entry.
Please guide me here.
