Dear Moderator,
My daughter was born in Toronto when my husband had a working permit in Canada. We returned to HK when she was 7 (she finished kindergarten in Toronto).
Now she wants to return to Toronto to study high school (she is 16 years old). However, my husband & I are not Canadia. May I know if my daughter can return to study? Also, could I go with her by applying for Super Visa as I want to take care of her in Toronto.
Based on the link: http://www.yrdsb.ca/AboutUs/Departments/ISCS/Pages/Reception-Centre.aspx York District Region School Board request one of the parents is Canadia so that they can help my daughter to do the reception.
Best Regards,
WS
