Canadian Wanting to Study Post Grad Abroad

Hi there,
I've recently been accepted into a physiotherapy program (doctorate post grad) in Melbourne, Australia. I know that Melbourne is on the list of approved schools, so I will be able to receive OSAP. The problem is that the course will come to about $60,000.00 per year. So I'm wondering if OSAP will loan me that total every year, or if there will be a limit at about $15,000 (as I have found with undergraduate degrees that that is the maximum they award).
