Visitor Visa for Re-Entry after Landing

Hi, I landed in Canada last month, stayed for 2 weeks but had to leave before I got my Resident Card.
Now , I wish to re enter, I have a Valid Temporary Resident Visa , ( Multiple Entry Visitors Visa ) that was issued to me before I became a Permanent Resident of Canada .
Can I use this visa to re enter Canada ?

1, You TRV was probably cancelled by CIC shortly after you became a PR. You will need a Permanent Resident Travel Document to board a plane to Canada.
