We landed in Toronto on 23rd May.

We both gave the same address and I got my PR card however my spouse has still not received it.

We applied again via IMM 5451 form, however have not received any card or update from the office.

Does CIC has a contact number or email id where we can contact and get the status.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation.

You may want to contact the
IRCC Call Centre to speak to a representative for some additional information. It is possible to get through. You may have to just keep trying. Some have found that if they phone right at 8 am when the lines open it is easier to get through.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.
