I have applied renewal since Mar 23 and have been returned on Oct. 8.
They asked me to renew my photo and doc updated since it's been 90 days.
My question is, I have made the payment previously, do I have to repay?
Or how could I refill the forms online.

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.
We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation.
You may want to contact the IRCC Call Centre to speak to a representative for some additional information. It is possible to get through. You may have to just keep trying. Some have found that if they phone right at 8 am when the lines open it is easier to get through.
