Hi
I intended to live in Germany for 2 years but I came back after 2 weeks ... and I forgot to notify province I was back.. They require proof I came back to Canada after only 2 weeks ... what documents do I need if I can’t get copy of airline ticket ?
I am on medication for depression and hypertension and need to renew this pills until I can get my health coverage restored ...
What can I do ?

You may also want to see if you are eligible to get services from the nearest Community Health Centre while your OHIP is being restored.
Community Health Centres (CHCs) are non-profit organizations that provide primary health and health promotion programs for individuals, families and communities. In some cases, they are able to serve a limited number of people who meet the eligibility criteria and do not have OHIP.
