Hi,

I'm want to apply for super visa for my mother to come to Canada and I have all the requirements except below from CIC website:
Other conditions we consider:
  • We consider several things before we decide if you can come to Canada.
  • You must be a genuine visitor to Canada who will leave by choice at the end of your visit.
  • We’ll look at these things when you apply:your ties to your home country
  • the purpose of your visit
  • your family and finances
  • the overall economic and political stability of your home country

I'm from Afghanistan and we don't have much back home and I'm helping my mother financially and I don't have any other siblings or my father living with her. She is living there alone. I'm apply for Super Visa and I can assure that I have enough income to support her financially and she will leave voluntarily before her visa expires but I'm not sure what exactly am I supposed to submit with her application per above requirements?
I have gone through online application submission but there one thing required related "Proof of Financial Resources of Supporter".

What would be the best possibilities/alternatives in this situation?

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your situation and question with us.

We can appreciate that you would be interested in this type of information.

You can find some detailed information regarding what is required on both parts and how to apply on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website in the Super visa (for parents and grandparents): How to apply section.

You may also want to contact the IRCC Call Centre directly for some information specific to your situation.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Hi
I need your help as I am Applying Super visa for my mother in law who is in India
I have the following questions , I meet my minimum income requirement for the super visa

To attach the proof of my Funds in the visa application
what documents I can attach I do not want to share the bank statement as it only has minimum funds in the account is there any other document I can share (like employment letter ?)
and for the proof of relation ship with them will my marriage certificate will be suffice ?

If you will depend on someone financially during your stay in CanadaProvide a letter or statement from the person that you will depend on while in Canada. The letter or statement must include the amount of money this person will be providing, plus proof that this person has sufficient funds. This can be one or more of the following:
  • proof of a Canadian bank account in the name of the person providing you with money if funds have been transferred to Canada
  • proof of a student or education loan from a financial institution
  • bank statements for the past 4 months
  • a bank draft in convertible currency
  • proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees
  • a letter from the person or institution providing you with money
  • proof of a student’s education loan from a financial institution
  • proof of funding paid from within Canada if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program

The person must also provide evidence of their relationship with you. Depending on the type of relationship, this could mean a copy of a marriage certificate, phone records, birth registration, family documents or photos

Proof of relation ship for my mother in law , what document should my wife produce ? she dose not have a birth certificate with her. Any other document she can provide for "naming you as a parent" like passport ?

A copy of proof of your relationship with the person or family member inviting you to Canada. This can include
  • a marriage certificate
  • Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM5409)
  • a birth certificate
  • an official document naming you as a parent
