Where I can get help I am living in subsidy apartment they want to cancel my subsidy because I "broke" their policy for absence from unit.
I was outside of Ontario for family emergency leave and was agree to comeback by end of February yes I was over 90 days but they give me extra time before my flight back I got sick myself injury my back and have to cancel flight now I was late to return and housing cancelled my subsidy even I sent them doctor note
Where I can get legal help try to return my subsidy?

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this situation.
Generally, if you are living in a subsidized unit, you must inform your housing provider about changes to your situation that might affect your rent subsidy.
You may want to try and contact a Community Legal Clinic to see if it is possible for them to provide some assistance. Please note, some Community Legal Clinics do not provide services related to subsidized housing or rent-geared to income type situations. In this case, they may be able to provide a referral or information regarding this type of situation.
You may be required to work with your housing provider directly and find out what their processes are regarding these type of situations, for example if it is possible to appeal a decision.
You may also want to contact 211 to see if they have any additional information.
