Do Police Certificate or Medical is Required again

Hello
I got PR under MPNP and landed with family(family of three members) on 20 June 2018 at Vancouver. Due to job responsibilities I returned to India with family after three month stay in winnipeg. Now my job responsibilities are over we are planning to come back to Canada in October 2019. we have PR cards with us. My questions are :
1. Do we need Police clearance certificates from India before we return to Canada?
2. Do we have to go through Medical Process again before we return to Canada?
