Hi I still don't recieve my PR card I landed here in canada last December 31,2018,i recieve email last February 2019 to send new photo then following days I sent new photo.
I need my PR card for my passport renewal... What cause of delay?

You may want to try and contact Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) directly at 1-888-242-2100 (In Canada Only) to find out what your options are in this situation.
