Fees for Applying PR as a Convention Refugee

Hi There,
I am a convention refugee and want to apply for my PR.
The fee for applying is $ 550!
Is there anyway that i can ask for the loan from the government to pay the fee ?
Or how is it usually work ?

They should be able to look for services and organizations near you.
