Hey there!
My PR Card has expired, and I don't meet the residency requirements, as I was out of Canada due to humanitarian grounds. I applied for a PRTD to go back, and I just got approved.
Now, I am planning my trip back to Canada, so I have one question.
I used to live in Ontario, but now I would like to move to British Columbia. May I go directly to British Columbia now and apply for a renewal of my PR Card, or do I need to go back to Ontario first, apply for a PR Card and even then move further.

We can appreciate that you would be concerned about this since you had to obtain a PRTD.
It is best that you contact the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Call Centre directly to see if they have any information they can provide you.
