Hi,
wife left recently with no explanation when asked for reason non is given, date of separation hasn't been set because I wanted answers
and recently been told she's dating already and staying overnight
at this point if it's true can I claim adultery to just get this headache over with

For married and common-law couples any written separation agreement that you and your spouse signed in front of a witness may affect your support and property rights. It is important to get legal advice and properly understand any agreement before signing
