[Tax] Non-resident but I have a bank account

Hello.
I'm a PR since April 2019 after landing and staying in Toronto for 10 days. I came back and lived in Germany ever since. While in Canada, I opened a saving account, TFSA and Credit Card with TD Bank.
I'm trying to file my taxes for 2019 and I get mixed information. I have a few questions:
- I don't have any residential or financial ties in Canada except for the bank accounts I mentioned. Am I considered a non-resident for tax purposes?
- If yes, do I still have to file taxes as a non-resident even if I have no income to report from Canada?
- Is TFSA considered an income to report?
Thank you.
