Oath event cancelled and postponed

my Oath event scheduled on last 20 of March which was cancelled due to current situation (COVID-19), I received the cancellation email on 14th of March and a new date shall be scheduled later on.
On March 30th(after ten days after the cancelled Oath ceremony date) I found my case changed from decision made to in process but there is no additional note or email regarding that .is that normal. Thank you
