WES terrible customer service and no help

Hello,

I have completed my evaluation back in 2015 with WES and have my credential assessment. I tried to call them to have my unofficial transcript (the notes my schools sent to them) and they want me to upgrade to a course-by-course evaluation. I do not need that for now and I need my notes to be able to start an application for a university in Canada. I feel they are trying to extort me as they don't understand that with the Covid situation, the schools in my country are closed and I will miss a university year. I have no solution.

Adding to that, they told me my notes are now their property and they don't want to send it to me and hangup on me.

Anyway I can find a solution or fill-up a complain about this?

Hi Friends,
I have completed my 3 year diploma after completing +2. I need to send any proof to WES to say that my 3 year diploma was done after +2 not after 10th. Otherwise It will affect my WES result.

Because As per WES,
3 year Diploma after +2 is equivalent to bachelor degree.
3 year diploma after 10th is not equivalent to degree

Please help me how to submit proof of 12th completion. Where to get transcript for +2?

Wes terrible organisation,have no control what they doing and how.Working very slow .
Unpleasant customer service like a answer mashines.
They only will going to transfer what and how they want and they are not following any laws of any country.I guess it’s because it’s NYC and they try to change or create new laws for everyone.
I m glad I sent them only my school diploma,and something stop me to sent them my university diploma.They not flexible and following like I said own rules,not using any upgrade information,or not following law of country where is diploma was came from.
Very quiality organisation.
I highly recommending you get other one ,it’s many them in US and Canada and don’t waist your time with them.
I m very sad now because it’s no way for my to start any professional job.

Hello, my WES credential evaluation was completed two months ago and till this moment WES hasn't returned my original Master's degree which was specifically requested by them. Due to this delay, I'm currently facing risk of being expelled from my university for not providing my original documents within the time frame. I have been in contact with WES on a regular basis, but they don't collaborate at all, and every time they reply with an automated email blaming restrictions and pandemic for any delays without providing an approximate time frame during which they will send back my document. WES didn't take my situation seriously and they don't realise that their job requires greater responsibility and sensitivity towards similar issues affecting people's future.
Is their is any body which I can contact to file a complaint against WES? given the fact that I don't live in Canada. Can settlement help me with this?

Hi, I still did not get my reports and original diplomas. I have been waiting for 1 month and a half, but no response. The package was sand to them back and they lost it.

I got WES done from 3rd party in 2015. I have valid reference number for my evaluation. However login credentials are not available and unable to recover same. Send email to WES, I was asked about the details after shared the same on email no response. Kindly give with procedure to

1. Get Evaluation renewed
2. Get the same on my new email ID
3. Procedure to reset login details if existing recovery question and used email ID no more exist.
