we just resetly move to a condo before 4 days ago. But there is a transformer in the basement. Our landlord says I have no idea about that but he don't want to cancel the agreement. Uts not healthy for us also there is noice, no isolation around the TS. BTW the owner says I will take one and a half month your rent (we have paid 3 months cash) what should we do?
