2 years ago my building manager sent notices to people that had barbecues and said no more barbecues to be used. Its been sitting on my balcony and not being used. No propane tanks just barbecue. Now they sent a letter saying to everyone that they have to remove barbecues off balcony. It does say in the lease no barbecue. Balcony is my storage area, why do i have to remove if Im not using. Its brand new and not throwing it out. Bought new and a month later sent notice. Please confirm if i have to remove legally. Thank you
