Where can I find ESL classes near my friend?

My friend has a working permit here in Toronto and would like to start ESL classes in the evening. Please let me know if this is possible

You may be able to find some helpful information in our Settlement.Org article, Where can I take ESL classes? You may have to find out which you are eligible for by contacting them as some of them have eligibility requirements in relation to status in Canada.
You may also want to dial 211 on a phone for free and speak to an information and referral specialist to refer you to ESL classes near your friend. 211 is a free, confidential service that is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Toronto is a great place to find ESL classes, I'm pretty sure you can find a affordable one near you home.
