Hi,
I have applied for my PR on September 30, 2021. The latest update on my application was on November 12th, 2021. There is no update after this date.
I have to change address next month and my question is...will my PR application be delayed if I update address on my file.?

There are some delays to PR application processing times due to the pandemic even without the address change. You may wish to use IRCC's address notification online service to provide your address to them. We hope this information is helpful.
