WIll resubmitting my photos impact PR card arrival

Hello
Myself and wife arrived on May 06, we received an email on June 27 to resubmit new photos.which we did on June 28 by registered mail to Sydney NS.
Since then we have not heard anything.
Can you please advice how long it will take to get our PR cards.
