Hi,

My parents are coming to landing this summer. However, they are not fully vaccinated, denied boarding by airline.
I have checked their eligibility online through portal of government of Canada. The answer is very likely allowed if they follow the list of pre-test and quarantine plan. Do they truly allowed or not? Since their CoPR will expiring soon, they are not able to be fully vaccinated before then. Is there anyway to contact with IRCC requiring help or extension?

Many thanks.

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing your question and situation with us.

You may find helpful information under the "unvaccinated travellers" section of the COVID-19 Travel: Checklists for requirements and exemptions. Regarding the odds of success with CBSA, we recommend you consult a lawyer to more specifically identify the likelihood of success based on your case. You may also want to contact IRCC directly for advice about their application as well. You can find contact information for the IRCC Client Support Centre here, you may also want to contact them via webform if you prefer to communicate online.
Please let us know if you have further questions.

Sincerely,

Your Settlement.Org team
