Hi
My father sent the PR renewal application on Jan 2019 with no response. He followed up online but just asked to refer to the application statute, which only says it is processing. They received the document in Jan 2019.
I am missing a couple of weeks to fulfil the time (2 years) due to my sick sister, and I provided the documents.
What Should I do for a follow-up? Any phone number to call ...
