CUPE & Duty of Fair Representation

Myself and a few coworkers have just filed a grievance against our own union (CUPE) for failing to fairly represent ALL of it's workers. Depending on the outcome of the grievance our next step is to take our complaint in front of the Ontario Labour Relations Board. We are quite nervous, CUPE is huge with many lawyers, unlimited resources.... Has anybody seen anything like this? Are we crazy for trying?
