Cancer drugs covered in OHIP

Knowing that prescription drugs provided in non-hospital settings in not covered by OHIP, is it also apply to cancer drugs e.g. oral chemotherapy, targeted therapy drugs? My wife is 47 years old, is she eligible to apply Trillium Drug Program. Thank you.
