Hello Gents
I am PR of Canada. Below are important dates:
Landing date: 10 May 2022
PR card issuance: 30 June 2022
PR card expiry: 30 June 2027
I spent in Canada 12 days in 2022, and 26 days in 2023.
I am planning to come and settle in Canada on june 2026. Will i be able to enter? Or at that time I would be reported for not meeting the 730 days RO? Since, on june 2026, my PR card will be already issued 4 years ago. So at that time (june 2026) I will be counted for spending around 4 years outside Canada. Is it ok? Can I enter Canada using my PR card if I already spent 4 years out of the 5 years of PR card validity outside Canada? Or I will be reported for being outside Canada during the last 4 years (only few days in Canada during 2022 and 2023).
I am asking this question, since, at the end of my PR card expiry date, my days counted in Canada will be only around 400 days. Thanks for answering!!
