If a minor age 10 and 13 didn't complete the required days for citizenship and didn't attend the school in canada but one of the parent become canadian, can the parent apply for citizenship for them?
I read in the CIC website that its not necessary for the minor to be physically present in canada as long as the these kids are permanent residence and one of the parent is canadian but why is it that still the CIC required to submit a school records??
If school records will be ask and doesn't have one what will be the best answer to be given to CIC?
I would appreciate your opinion or share your experience...
