6/9/2015 Topic: Insurance Scam - How do I report it? user	Mark Roberts from Havlock Financial will call you and say you quality for a $20,000 loan after you apply on-line with CashLoaner.ca, but you need to purchase credit protection insurance which is 10% of the loan. He tells you to send it western union but use Jonathan Noah as the contact instead of Mark. This is a scam he uses the number 416-402-4529 He needs to be stopped. How do I report this?

Does he has to marry my sister in Colombia before doing the application for family sponsorship 2. 6/22/2015 Topic: Approval in Principle Letter - How much longer? user	Hi all, I am being sponsored by my husband here within Canada. I got a letter stating that we got approval in principle. With that letter I have already applied for OHIP. I would like to apply for an Open Work Permit but a few days earlier I already applied to renew my Visitor Visa. Does anyone know what I can do? Also, does anyone know how long it could/may possibly be until PR? Thanks!

I understand that it will take 2 months to get the PR card. He already have USA visa and we would like to go to USA to attend a function next month for 5 days but I am confused whether he can enter back to Canada as he does not have PR card. He might have only the landing paper. Is it sufficient to re-enter back to Canada from USA? Thanks for your help.

Assuming that PGP program continues to accept applications, how soon can I sponsor my parents? CIC website mentioned a need to submit documents for three taxation years. Does that mean I can only sponsor parents after three years? Thanks in advance.

Please clarify me the following details: 1. I am an Indian currently residing in Amsterdam, so do I need to fill my current Amsterdam Address in Importer Address Section? The address in the Importer Address section must be a Canadian address. 2. What country do I have to write in Country of export section as I will be moving to Canada from Amsterdam directly? 3. In “Additional List of Goods” there are 3 options, please explain which one to choose. 4. 1/1/2016 Topic: Competitive Curriculum At Elementary Public School user	Hello From hear say I got to know that there are some exclusive schools just for children who could do exceptionally well in their written Maths and English tests. Somehow I could not find them in Frasier institute ratings as these gifted schools are already exclusive. Please can you throw some light as to how we can prepare our children for such competitive exams and entrance tests. Do we access to some site which has such mock exams for the child to get some feel of it. She is in grade 3 Indian Curriculum in Dubai. 1/1/2016 Topic: Finance -Taxation - Global Income user	Hello, I just finished my landing procedures. Since I have to file my tax return next Apr 30th, I got some pertinent questions: 1. My husband would still be working in dubai until he gets some job in Canada. So we are aware of global tax on income. So what will be my husbands residency status in that case....is it non resident, factual resident, PR, deemed resident? If at all he is taxed on his income like any other resident canadian , are we eligible for pension plan scheme? do we enjoy all the benefits of paying tax as a normal canadian inspite of working outside canada?
