Topic: What is the RQ Timeline?

I heard from someone that new RQ processing timeline changed to 48 months.

I was given RQ at Scarborough Office during my test on June 14, 2012.

Do I still fall in 48 timeline category or whatever the people told me during the exam that the RQ processing timeline is 12 months.

Please reply and I will really appreciate honest answer from your expertise on this issue.
