Address at the time of landing for PR Card

Address updating over web is conflicting. When ever I try to UPDATE
my Address that was given @ landing, it required consent to tick,
the consent implies that i could not see my online status further after ward.

Landed In May 2014, Return Back After 20 Days With Family.
Intend to Back For Long After 2 Years(Tentative Date May 2016).
Will C24 Affect The Above Circumstances or My Citizenship Process Somehow?
