I am being Falsely Accused by another Tenant

I have received phone calls and mail from both my Property Manager and my Super in my apt of false accusations of my making loud noises,screaming,moving furniture at night.
All false,all lies.
I am a very quiet,self-employed kind tenant and neighbor.
I have been very nice and have gotten along with every tenant in my building.
I am a self-employed disabled (diabetic,vertigo)
person-my occupation is making CD transfers from antique audio recordings for clients and Universities in Ontario and Quebec and USA. I am a audio transfer engineer.
I always use my headphones at all times during the day and night. I have lived in my building since October 2008.
During the past winter,I had been previously and falsely,unjustly accused by the same miserable tenant in my apt building,who is on the second floor (this info from my apt's Property Manager,who I feel is a bit of a bully to me)
In the past,last March,February,when I was unjustly and falsely accused by this same tenant of banging on my window,yelling,screaming at night,moving furniture,stomping on floors,I contacted a cousin who is a lawyer to see what I could do to proclaim my innocence of these charges.
At my own expense,I bought a webcam,also carpets to cut down on noise. I always take off my shoes each evening.
If I do any transfer work,I use my headphone-always.
Now tonight,once again these false and unjust charges of noise have begun again,from this same tenant.
My Super,who has always been very kind to me,phoned me and left a voice mail message on my answering machine at night at 10:45:PM.
I state,for the record,in a letter that I previously sent to the Property Manager and now have written once more to my Super that I have never made noise at night,I have no furniture that I move around at all,never stomped,nor screamed at night,etc. Have been recording with my webcam all this night as I am extremely upset at these false accusations of making noise at night!
Other tenants in my building know me and can vouch for my character as a decent,honorable tenant.
I have high blood pressure,and suffer from diabetic nerve damage to my legs as well as night time Benign Post-Positional Vertigo. Am under medical care -GP and my endocrinologist. This is affecting my health.
I want to contact the police,as I feel this amounts to bullying and harassment from this other tenant on the second floor.
Is it possible he or she is mishearing things ?
