Can I Renew my PR card? - Urgent Basis

Hi
My pr expires in March 2015. Ill complete 730 days in december, and plan on travelling after that.
However, ill not return till april 2015, so id like to apply for my pr renewal on an urgent basis by october so i have it with me before i leave. Can i do that or do i have to wait until i complete 730 days to apply? |
