Topic: Giving Birth in Ontario - How much does it cost?

Hi,

I am a Canadian citizen, residing in Ontario and I have OHIP. I am also however, a gestational surrogate.

The couple I am carrying for are permanent residents of BC but their baby will be born in Ontario as I am here and they are currently working in Australia.

How would this situation be covered with healthcare benefits? I understand that I am not charged anything as I have coverage but once baby is delivered what fees would my IP's (intended parents) be looking at.

Thanks so much I really appreciate all the help we can get with sorting out the finances associated with it all.
