Topic: Divorce filed in NYC

Hello

I was married back in 1998 in british columbia. Both my self and spouse are canadian citizens.

The relationship between us fell apart 5 - 6 years ago and i found my self in NYC for the last 4 -5 years.

I would like to know if i can get a divorce here in the US or would i have to go back to canada to file. Filing in the US would be a better choice for me if not, is there a way to do it all online.

I have tried many times too look for information on Google with no luck.
