8/23/2014 Topic: CCTB Eligibility sathu	my sister& her husband went back home due to his dad's accident.they left their kids with me.now she needs to stay longer to take care of him who is still in ICU and having complications.do i need to apply for child tax benefit for her kids? or she can still receive it? what should we do in this case? we all are permanent resident in canada.
