hello everyone!
My mother's in-land refugee claim was accepted recently and now we are applying for her permanent residence. My father did not come with her so, how do I add his name in her application and which forms he needs to fill.Have been trying to call the cic service center but can't get an agent to talk to.have been reading the guide provided with the convention refugee permanent residence application kit,but its very confusing and does not clearly state that which forms to use for dependents who are not in Canada. please somebody help!
