Hi,

I am a canadian citizen and want to sponsor my same sex partner.
We got married October 11, 2013. She is an American and has a 17yr old daughter. I want to sponsor them.

What is the procedure. Can they cross the border with their belongings and state that they are intending to stay here?

Is it best that I fill out paper work after they get here?

How soon can my wife work? Will she be able to at all?

And my step-daughter, will she be able to attend highschool here, she would be entering her final year of highschool.
