Topic: No Sponsorship - How Do I get a Divorce?

Hi,

I'm a Filipino citizen who happened to get into a marriage with a Filipina who I believe is now a naturalized citizen of Canada.

We got married here in the Philippines last May 2007 and after a month of our marriage she left and came back to Canada with a promise that she would take care of a sponsorship visa.

After a year she came back and unfortunately she did nothing about that sponsorship and after 3 months of being together again here in the Philippines, she came back to Canada again.

After several months of being apart, instead of she getting me the sponsorship visa so we can be together, she had been to a relationship with other man.

To this date she had not contacted me in whatever means possible and I can't even know her whereabouts.

Right now I'm suffering here in our country since I can't re-marry since divorce is not an option here in our country.

I could only re-marry if she would divorce me there.

Would anybody here in this forum might have a compassionate heart to instruct or give me suggestions on how could I know a whereabouts of a certain person in Toronto.

Could I file a divorce there if my wife is naturalized citizen and I'm not?

Please help me.
