I am Canadian citizen and have applied since October 2013 to sponsor my spouse from India.

My spouse had an interview on February 2015 and visa officer confirmed that interview is clear and VO is satisfied with all the answers.

Also, new medical is submitted in January 2015 but still my application status is "In Process".

Any idea what can I do for the next step? When can my spouse get a visa?

Visa office is in New Delhi and there is no way to communicate with them except the e-mail (which takes 4-6 weeks to reply).

I am frustrated and I appreciate your expert help please.
