Hi Everyone,
Me and my spouse are PR holders. We have opted for surrogacy in India and the baby is due for Sep 2015. Recently, my spouse is done with his citizenship test and waiting for Oath ceremony. He is the genetic parent for the expected child. What is the procedure to follow in either cases i.e., as a PR holder or citizen, to bring the child to Canada?
