Topic: Moving to Ontario from Quebec

 Hello,

I am an INDIAN, I have applied for Quebec permanent residence.My friends says Quebec is a French speaking province, you can't live there without knowing the language.
I just need to know about the life of an English speaking person in Quebec and is there any possibilities for me to move to other provinces.
Someone please help me to know about this in clear.
