Topic: Can I evict my Ex-Partner?

Ok, so I have lived with an my ex for year.

I broke up with him and he wont leave. We have no lease, but I know my landlord will right a lease with me on it.

How can I legally evict him.

I can afford it on my own and he has plenty of places to go, I don't.

Any help?
