Possible to Break Parking Spot Lease?

I have currently rented a parking spot for 5.5 months ending in march, but do to work I can no longer afford this spot. Is there any way I can get out of this lease? I asked the building and they said I would need to give two months notice and half of my security deposit back on my key fob. there was nothing about this penalty on the agreement that I sign nor was there any stipulations upon me canceling? please help and thank you for your time, |
