12/14/2015 Topic: Sponsoring A Child Living Without Status in the US chappy	Can anyone shed some light on this matter. My cousin is in the process of sponsoring her son who has been living illegally in the USA for the past 3 years. Will this pose any problem when she applies. Also does she have to prove his status in the USA on the application form? She did declare him on her PR application and he also did his medical then. Thanks for your responses.
