Topic: Travelling outside Canada before PR card Arrives

 Hi, I am an Indian citizen landed in canada as a permanent resident 4 months back and waiting for my PR card. I need to visit US by flight for a business meeting and my visit is only for a couple of days. Can I travel to US and re enter canada without a travel document? If I need to apply for a travel document will i get it in two days as my visit to US is very short?
