We have a home under joint rights of us.But I was not able to renew PR card status due to various reason.When applied for a travel document concerning the entry, due to expiry of PR, Dated Nov, 4, 2014.Now what solution can take care of the property, which I owe in Ontario, staying Canadian Citizen my wife and two children leading to conflicts and family separations even after a landed Immigrant,landed 1996. Even after rebuking PR status, there are certain Geneva convention protocol under the right of immigration under human right protection.Please explain, the right of property, family union obligation,chartered immigrants rights and other factors how to perform. |
