Landing Information not Available in CIC

Hi
I landed on 7th November 2015, still waiting for my PR card, I called up CIC couple of weeks ago, they said they do not have my landing information, they sent a note to torontopersons airport officials to confirm my landing.
The airport immigration official called me to send them a copy of COPR so that they can confirm/finalize my landing record. But even after doing so the CIC officials say they didn't receveive any information of my landing yet, I called up the Toronto airport CBSA official To check if he had updated my details , he said can see the updates on the immigration site.
Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, not sure how to proceed ? No one from CIC or immigration cola centre officials are able to give a definitive answer on what should be my next steps.
Can anyone please advice what can be done in my case? |
