Topic: Status after completing IGCSE

 Hi,

My cousin has completed his IGCSE exams provided by Cambridge and is currently in Singapore. He is working in the army as of now.

He is a Canadian citizen and now wants to pursue further education in Canada. What are his options? Does he need to do schooling for 1 more year before he can start applying to universities or is this qualification enough to start pursuing graduation?
